Reservations, dining and venue attendance

05

Reservations and changes

Reservations, seating times, group arrangements and changes are subject to availability and any conditions communicated during the reservation process. Please provide accurate booking details so DinePavilion can respond appropriately to your plans. If your plans change, notify DinePavilion as early as practicable. A request to change or cancel a reservation is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged through the relevant reservation process or by DinePavilion.

Please note: practical arrangements may vary according to the date, group size, dining experience or venue operations.

06

Dietary requirements and service

Please tell DinePavilion about dietary requirements or allergies when booking, and remind venue staff when you arrive. Our team will endeavour to support clear communication and informed choices. However, food is prepared in a working kitchen environment where ingredients may be handled in proximity to one another. For that reason, DinePavilion cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from particular allergens. If you have a serious allergy or dietary concern, please discuss it directly with staff before ordering.

07

Entry, identification and service

Entry, service and participation may be managed to help maintain a safe, respectful and enjoyable venue environment and to meet applicable law. Guests may be asked for identification where appropriate. DinePavilion may make reasonable decisions about entry, service or participation where needed for safety, lawful compliance, venue capacity or respectful conduct. This is not intended to impose a blanket age rule or dress code; any relevant conditions will be communicated when they apply.

Venue directions and participation conditions

DinePavilion may set or update reasonable activity conditions, capacity limits, session timing or participation directions to support safety, comfort and smooth venue operation.
